No cancellations may be made once your order has been placed. We will not cancel orders once it has been processed (typically within a couple of hours of purchase). Once an order is placed, your purchase is processed and begins to be prepared for shipment.Therefore, due to the nature in which we process, design, and produce your order along with the need to purchase some materials, we do not accept cancellation of any orders. PLEASE check your order over carefully that you have ordered your items just as you want them, as each item is made to the specifications of each order.
Return Policy: All custom and international sales are final, we apologize for any inconvenience. Shipments refused due to importation and/or brokerage fees that contain custom items and/or international destinations will be treated as abandoned, even if returned.
Refund requests due to Attempted, Delayed or Refused Delivery are eligible for a refund only after a clear course of action has been determined, which may take up to 30 days. As with any online purchase, we work with a variety of 3rd party carriers to get your items to you in a safe and timely manner. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control, this is not always possible.
Just like a grain of sand, no two oysters are the same. Please expect that there will be some variation in color, grain and textures.
You have 15 days from receipt of merchandise to return products for full refund. Please contact Customer Service at oldlineoysters@gmail.com to report any damages or to receive a Return Authorization. Color and size variations often occur and are not considered flaws as most of our products are hand-made. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
